Are you looking for a fast and easy way to manage your prescriptions? You can download the Express Scripts® mobile app. This free app offers a convenient way to manage your TRICARE pharmacy benefit when you’re at home or on the go. It’s available to you no matter the pharmacy option you choose to use. To get started, simply log in with your TRICARE Express Scripts username and password. If you don’t have an account, you can register for one online.
Once you’ve signed in, you can explore the app and find a number of pharmacy tools you may need. Using your phone, you can securely:
- Set Dose Reminders: Set up alerts to remind you to take your medication. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly reminders. Your drug history automatically updates in the app. It also checks for drug interactions that could be harmful to you.
- Order Refills: You can quickly order your medications through TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery. If your order is ever canceled, you’ll get a message from Express Scripts explaining what happened. They’ll also contact you if it’s time for a new prescription.
- See Order Status: Track your home delivery order in real-time. The mobile app shows you the date when you placed your order and the ship date. You can also cancel an order if it hasn’t processed yet.
- Set Automatic Refills: Simplify your to-do list by signing up for automatic refills for your medication. This service is only available through home delivery.

Melissa Yates, deputy chief of the Purchased Care Branch, Pharmacy Operations Division at the Defense Health Agency. “From ordering prescriptions to finding nearby retail network pharmacies, the Express Scripts mobile app offers TRICARE beneficiaries an easy way to manage their pharmacy benefit.”
The app also lets you request to move any eligible prescription you take on a regular basis to TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery. If you have an existing prescription at a military or retail network pharmacy and request home delivery, Express Scripts will contact your provider for a new prescription. With home delivery, you can save money and get up to a 90-day supply of most medications. To see if your medication is available through home delivery, use the TRICARE Formulary Search Tool. Some limits on home delivery may apply overseas.
