System Outage Due to Global Enrollment Freeze

Due to the data conversion for the TRICARE Overseas Program 21 contract, a Global Enrollment Freeze will occur from from Friday, July 23 at 9:00 p.m. ET through Monday, July 26 at 8:00 a.m. ET. This will affect several systems. During the freeze:

  • Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) Online Enrollment System (DOES) and Beneficiary Web Enrollment (BWE) won’t be available.
  • You won’t be able to enroll in or switch plans during this period.
  • You won’t be able to use BWE online.
  • Eligibility and claims processes won’t be impacted though.
Purchased care contractors have been informed of this scheduled outage. Eligibility and claims processes are not impacted by the enrollment freeze. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
