TRICARE beneficiary education representatives give briefings to:

  • Educate beneficiaries on the TRICARE benefit
  • Communicate targeted messages to specific audiences

TRICARE Briefing Request

Complete your request by emailing the information below. We recommend you submit your request at least two weeks before your expected briefing. Send the following information to the appropriate regional email address below:

  • Region
  • Briefing Type (In-Processing/Newcomers, Yellow Ribbon, NGR Pre-Deployment, NGR Post-Deplyment, Maternity/Bundles for Babies, ECHO/ACD/EFMP, TRICARE For Life, Retirement/Separation, NGR Annual/Overview/Family Day, NG/Reserve Retirement, PCS, Heartlink for New Spouses, etc.)
  • Target Audience (Active Duty, Active Guard, National Guard or Reservist, Active Duty Family Members, Foreign Nationals, Civilian, DoD Public Health, Retirees, Grey Area Retirees, etc.)
  • Projected # of Attendees
  • Date
  • Start & End Time
  • Building #
  • Complete Address
